“Wall Scrawl – A 360 Degree Look at Street Art” was the first street art exhibit of its kind examining the art form as seen by street muralists, a street art photographer and a painter. Through various standpoints and bold, raw images, 3rd Rail Studio captured the unexpected beauty and ephemeral nature of an often under-appreciated art form.

The opening reception on Saturday, Jun 20, 2007 featured music by Sleeper and included “street art in progress” by Christopher Pierro who spent the afternoon and evening tagging the outside of the industrial gallery building. The result was a stunning mural, however, the local police department demanded that 3rd Rail paint it over. This incredible event and show was curated by Chrissy Milo who is also the owner of 3rd Rail Studio.
